Kathy has been employed at Campbell Soup Company-North America Foodservice for over 15 years. She currently serves as the Senior Strategy Manager for Healthcare.
A registered dietitian since 1985, she has been active at both the state and national level. Kathy’s past achievements include President of the Texas Dietetic Association, Chair of the Academy of Food & Nutrition (formerly the American Dietetic Association) Nominating Committee and “Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year”. She currently serves as the Chair-Elect of the Dietitians in Business & Communications practice group and as an Industry Advisory Board member of AHF as well as a board member of the National Foundation to End Senior Hunger (NFESH) (formerly Meals on Wheels Research Foundation).
Kathy’s personal health-and-wellness philosophy is simple: “Consume a diet of whole grains, fruits, vegetables along with healthy fats, low-fat dairy and lean protein. Seek a balanced lifestyle which includes some form of daily physical activity.”
